Job Role: Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Duration: ongoing temporary contract
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a team of responsible for the on-boarding of freelance staff.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Writing job adverts, advertising vacancies and vetting applications
2. Supporting with all on-boarding for new Freelance employees
3. Supporting with all recruitment compliance
4. Providing first class candidate service at all times
5. Working toward KPI's to ensure roles are filled quickly and efficiently
Skills / Experience Required -
6. Previous administration / customer service skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent phone manner and command of English
9. Attention to detail and organised
10. Efficiency and resilience
11. Ability to stay calm under pressure
12. Display a willingness to learn
13. Competent Microsoft Office Skills
