Advise on capital investment projects e.g. engineering contracts for capital projects. Advising on the interpretation of legislation affecting the business and implementation of measures in response to any relevant new legislation. Qualifications & Experience Required 5-10 years post Qualified lawyer or solicitor with authority to practice in England & Wales. Commercial Legal acumen, ideally gained in the Energy or Chemical industry. Experience of dealing with environments where Health & Safety implications are significant (e.g. trade of hazardous products).
