The Role
* Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare, and any other HR duties
* Acting as a central point of contact for employees
* Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
* Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls
Key Skills
* Previous Human Resources experience
* CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
* Training and development experience
* Recruitment experience
* Payroll and HR systems experience
