Training Coordinator role working a well-established Training Consultancy who work with the world's best multinational companies. This is a remote role with a requirement to meet in the office twice a month.
In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of training program scheduling, managing logistics, working with Clients and collaborating with trainers to guarantee a seamless learning experience.
Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension and remote working. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables and timelines for large scale programs
Coordinate with trainers to ensure all resources are prepared and available for successful program delivery
Scheduling/Diary management - Organize and schedule program dates with trainers
Serve as the main point of contact for Clients, trainers and internal stakeholders
Create assigned programs in internal system (Salesforce), adding logistic information/deliverables/actions to ensure the smooth end to end program process with actions being documented and achieved. Including creating and running system reports.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, or similar administrative/support roles, preferably in a corporate training or education setting
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Working knowledge of Webex, Zoom, MS Teams or other virtual platforms
