Location: Hitchin (Rural location, car driver essential)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to Friday - hours to suit you
Salary: £13.50 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a modern and dynamic company in Hitchin on a permanent, part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the team
Basic accounts, including raising and overseeing purchase order numbers
Logging delivery notes and supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders
Managing company credit card statements and spend, logging receipts, and reconciling transactions
Organising and booking travel arrangements and couriers
Supporting the Office Manager with general administrative tasks
Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling incoming queries via phone and email
About You:
We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented individual with:
Strong administrative experience, particularly in accounts.
Experience with bookkeeping (desirable) and familiarity with Xero (preferred)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
Additional Information:
This role is fully office-based in a rural location, so access to your own transport is essential.
