HR CoordinatorOur valued client, based in Cwmbran is seeking a driven, committed, and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team for 3 months. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties, onboarding, and updating the system.This position requires a detail-oriented, and organised individual who is looking for a role that will allow them to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources and is looking for that next big step. This position comes with a salary of up to £28,000, and hybrid working. Our client is looking for someone who can start immediately.Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
* Working alongside Systems and Payroll.
* Support the team with ER administration.
* Provide written offers of employment, alongside supporting new starter introduction by liaising with the training team.
* Supporting changes to contracts for all employees and processing leavers.
* Responsible for all onboarding checks, such as references, right to work and qualifications.
* Support both internal and external audit queries.
Key Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3
* Experience working in HR Administration.
* Knowledge of UK Employment Law.
* Strong IT skills.
* Strong communication skills.
