Location: in and around Manchester City centre, Multi-sited - Own vehicle is desirable for this role.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (40 hours per week)
Paint & tools provided.
Responsibilities:
Utilise your expertise to deliver high-quality painting services in a variety of settings, including student accommodations - communal areas and external areas.
Prepare surfaces, apply primers, and perform proper paint mixing to ensure a flawless finish.
Collaborate with our maintenance team to schedule and coordinate painting projects efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
