Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work with a Principal Contractor.
This job is due to start ASAP and is a 6 month project.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the provision of a safe, efficient and cost effective service stream on all areas of service delivery ensuring the highest quality of work is provided in the timescales determined by the contract.
2. Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with set procedures, arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub - contractors and attend hand - over meeting with pre-construction team.
3. Issue correct notices and relevant contractual correspondence to sub-contractors at the appropriate time
4. Maintain accurate site diaries for all activities and highlight any risk items
5. Control and monitor day works for subcontractors
6. Ensure the site complies with H&S regulations
Qualifications needed:
7. SMSTS
8. First Aid
9. 2 Professional References
10. First Aid training
11. Previous experience with water-related projects
12. Driving License and access to a car
