Gap personnel Cardiff is currently seeking a Production Operators for a temporary to permanent role based in Pontyclun. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to providing exceptional service across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery on site.
* Perform heavy lifting as required.
* Working on a busy production line making concrete sheets.
About You:
* Strong producition work history is essentiall for this role.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Responsible and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
* Excellent timekeeping skills are essential.
Rotational shift pattern:
Shift 1: Monday to Thursday 6am until 6pm
Shift 2: Monday to Wednesday 6pm until 6am
Pay Rate:
* Days: £12.40 per hour
* Nights: £14.88 per hour
