Part-Time Office Manager Experience Essentials The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong background in managing HR processes and documentation. They must demonstrate excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of office management systems and procedures are essential. The role requires prioritising tasks, working independently, and solving problems effectively under pressure. Desirable qualifications include experience with office management software (such as Trello) and fluency in Spanish. Part-Time Office Manager Location This role is offered on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). Our client’s office is based in Oxford City Centre, there is limited parking available onsite on a first-come-first-served basis. This is a hybrid role; all employees are expected in the office on Tuesdays, but the remaining hours can be spread over 3-4 days with some afternoon working required due to the time difference between The UK and Mexico.
