Job Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor and become a key player in orchestrating a delightful customer journey post-purchase. In this dynamic role, you'll track and enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple channels and platforms. By liaising effectively with Production, Transport, and Sales teams, you'll tackle challenges head-on, significantly boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the CS Team Leader in the SR (GRN) process.
2. Process sales orders and online orders into the ERP system.
3. Answer basic customer post-sale enquiries, sending drawings and install manuals.
4. Support customers post-order with technical guidance and install enquiries.
5. Liaise with the site customer regarding delivery dates, ensuring all order information is correct (postcode, contact numbers, delivery dates, offloading).
6. Upsell offloading facilities.
7. Ensure large CTP and Commercial Pump station orders are project managed, ensuring products are not built unnecessarily and are delivered on time and in full.
8. Maintain orders with changes, including delivery dates, addresses, products, or on hold status.
9. Help maintain and update customer data (GDPR compliance).
10. Answer incoming warranty calls overflow and assist where capable.
11. Perform general administrative responsibilities and/or other reasonable duties as required.
12. Help collect data and carry out surveys for NPS.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Communication: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information.
2. Analytical Acumen: Excellent skills in analyzing customer needs and crafting personalized solutions.
3. Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
4. Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail with a capacity for high-quality data entry.
5. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and engaging disposition to build strong relationships with customers.
6. Driving: Full UK driving license.
