HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
As a troubleshooter, respond promptly to client requests, diagnose and resolve reported system issues, and bring up complex problems for effective resolution. Your role spans on-site and remote support, covering a variety of environments, from offices to manufacturing and warehouses.
Your responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting for printers, audiovisual systems, video conferencing setups, wireless access points, and networking systems. Additionally, coordinate the setup of laptops for new hires, ensuring compliance with user requirements. Including hands on support in the Bray Data Center, racking and cabling new equipment, removal of old equipment and ongoing hands-on support for all equipment in the Bray DC.
Bring your expertise in Microsoft and Apple products, communicating effectively across all levels of personnel. Stay abreast of technological advancements, researching and seeing opportunities for improvement, and conducting technical demonstrations as needed.
Collaborate as a team member on special assignments within the department, supporting global IT initiatives. Physical agility is essential, encompassing walking, climbing, sitting, and standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift to 50 lbs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in IT customer support.
