Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You’ll receive training and tools to deliver exceptional service, understanding customers’ unique financial and personal circumstances to provide sustainable repayment solutions with integrity.
What You’ll Do
* Communicate Effectively: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and SMS with customers and third-party organisations.
* Manage Accounts: Rehabilitate loans, collect payments, resolve queries, and address issues.
* Offer Tailored Support: Help vulnerable customers with personalized solutions and support.
