Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking to recruit a person with excellent administrative skills to administer and coordinate all projects for one of our contractors, workingclosely with other staff providing admin services to this Contract.
A brief description of duties is listed below
* Complete administration duties to workstreams assigned to yourself.
* Offer excellent and prompt customer service to the contractor and their customers keeping them updated on the progress of the project
* Typing of specifications returned to the office by the project surveyor
* Work closely with company surveyors and/or directors to ensure any customer queries/ complaints are dealt with promptly.
* Check all contractors job packs/ new survey files to ensure they are correct before issuing to field engineers/ surveyors.
* Interacting with different departments within the organisation
