Job Title: Project Coordinator (Social Care)
Location: Richmond (hybrid working 1/2 days a week in office)
- Hourly rate: £23.15 PAYE - £30.11 Umbrella
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 36 hours a week
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and deliver the Social Care Academy programmes, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify training needs and enhance service delivery.
4. Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and resolving any queries or concerns.
5. Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
6. Evaluate programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
