We are working in partnership with a fantastic service provider in the Rhyl area.
They are looking to appoint multiple long-term Residential Child Support Worker staff to help support vulnerable children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders, Autism, challenging behaviours, and mental health.
These services play a vital role in helping to remove barriers for vulnerable children who have experienced trauma. They provide a wrap-around care service which strives to help children in their education and life skills which will see them into adulthood. Being aware of mental health and de-escalation behavioural methods is essential for this role.
The Home is a 3-bed home, and you will be working with experienced staff members and outside care agencies to provide excellent levels of care.
