Location/Division Specific Information
We are looking for a to join the Microbiology Division, Marketing function. The successful candidate is diligent and has a talent for data-driven recommendations to improve our marketing awareness to microbiology customers in clinical, food, and pharma segments.

In this role you will improve our online presence and drive organic traffic, develop and implement comprehensive strategies, lead social media platforms, coordinate digital advertising campaigns, conduct market research, analyse data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Day in the Life:
1. Develop and implement global SEO strategies (using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz)
2. Analyse web data such as user behaviour, campaign performance, and social media engagement to provide actionable insights and recommendations
3. Implement engaging social media campaigns to drive community growth and engagement.
4. Strategize paid media campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads to improve brand exposure and return on investment.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to seek opportunities and develop strategies for global expansion.
6. Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and other collaborators to align digital marketing initiatives and optimise user experience across platforms.
7. Partner with external agencies and vendors for SEO audits, content creation, link building, social media management tools, and other digital marketing services.
Keys To Success:
Education
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Experience
9. 3 years+ of experience in global SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
10. Experience running digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
11. International campaign experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
12. Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
13. Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
14. Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
