Warehouse Operative

Permanent Position
45 hours per week, working on the night shift. Starting at 6pm and finishing at 3am on a Sunday to Thursday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will be responsible for the movement of stock ready for delivery to customers across Devon, the South-West, and the surrounding area:
Key Accountabilities:
* Conducting pre-operation inspections of the FLT to ensure it is in proper working condition.
* Unloading stock from inbound deliveries and drays upon return.
* Using an FLT to load stock onto drays.
* Using safe manual handling techniques when loading and unloading drays.
* Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures.
Experience and Key Attributes:
* Current and valid FLT Licence, desirable.
* Experience using FLT, essential.
* Clamp truck experience, desirable.
* Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG.
* High attention to detail and picking accuracy, essential.
* Customer Service.
* Manual Handling.
