Main Duties
1. Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
2. Managing temporary and contract staff
3. Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
4. Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
5. Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
6. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
7. Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
8. Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
9. Manage advertising
10. A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
11. Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
12. Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
13. Working with high volume workloads
14. Working with tight deadlines
15. Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
