The role is to assist with the daily communications of customers regarding their accounts and handling all office administration such as invoicing, updating databases and reaching out with company updates.The Key Duties of the Sales Administrator
* Researching new leads
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Working towards and meeting deadlines
* To have effective communication with customers in all matters relating to the management of their account
* Maintaining good relationships with customers
* To have effective internal communication with your office & colleagues
* To learn to a proficient standard all product ranges
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Processing sales orders
* Updating databases and handling data
* General office administration
* To maintain and provide up-to-date sales information as supplied and directed for weekly meetings with your Manager
* To represent the brand professionally at all times
