Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with both academic tasks and personal growth.
2. Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
3. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing individual learning plans.
4. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
5. Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
6. Participate in school activities and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor and improve student progress.
Requirements:
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
8. Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
9. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and well-being.
10. GCSEs in Maths and English (Minimum Level 2/C Grade).
11. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
