Role:
1. To ensure residents over 55 are able to live independently within sheltered and general housing using assistive technology
2. To assist in the letting process to ensure appropriate lettings to minimise void levels
3. To carry out tenant daily wellbeing calls and checks based on assessed risk that promotes independence
4. Offering advice and guidance to residents on keeping the property to a reasonable condition
Extra Care Scheme Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
5. Experience working in an extra care setting
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
8. Experience of completing assessments and developing support plans with targets and outcomes for clients
9. Hold a current Enhanced DBS
