Salt have partnered with a fast-growing transportation and logistics scale-up to find them a Creative Designer to join the Brand team. They're in the process of undertaking a rebrand, and are looking for someone to help bring the brand to life.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business. With light brand guidelines, you'll have freedom to play and experiment, and have a lot of creative autonomy over campaigns. You'll make a big impact from day one, and be joining a social team with a really strong culture of open feedback and communication.
As Creative Designer, you'll be working closely with a Content Manager, and will be the centralised hub for creative ideation. You'll be responsible for generating a creative culture, coming up with designs that capture people's attention.
You'll be working across both Digital and Print, creating assets for OOH, Paid Social, and more.
So, what are they looking for?
* 5+ years' experience as a Creative Designer, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house.
* A core graphic design skillset plus one other skillset - this could be photography, motion design, video edition, illustration, animation etc.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite.
* A varied portfolio with both print and digital, OOH and Paid Social.
* A true creative who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to push boundaries!
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office in Hammersmith. The company offer some great benefits, such as an in-house gym, medical cover, enhanced sick pay, enhanced maternity pay, regular socials, and annual performance awards.
