A prominent Housing Association that has been running for over 50 years is looking for a Development Accountant to join their collaborative, passionate team.

The organisation are looking for a Development Accountant to come in on a 12 Month FTC (to begin with) to join the driven, dynamic team.
Role:
Monitor Development Portfolio
Reconcile Development costs and assist with cash flow preparation
Production of Monthly Management Accounts
Budgeting, forecasting and liaising with budget holders Requirements:
Qualified Accountant with housing association experience desired
Experience in management accounting and budgeting
Strong excel and IT skills
Willingness to get involved with various projects and adhoc tasks
