Responsibilities:
1. Determining suitability of candidates in line with the job requirements and person specifications.
2. Creating, posting, and updating job adverts then managing & processing applications and responses.
3. Headhunting candidates for national roles.
4. Initiate and manage candidate and client relationships, understanding their requirements and needs.
5. Use a range of different online tools and websites to expand our reach.
6. Reference checks and onboarding compliance.
7. Business development and client networking.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A strong desire to work in recruitment and willingness to learn.
2. Be an excellent communicator.
3. Previous experience as a recruitment consultant position is not essential.
4. Have a sociable, confident, and outgoing personality.
5. Be highly self-motivated.
6. Have a resilient 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn.
