Take Two provides a range of therapeutic services for infants, children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect, disrupted attachment and family violence and contributes to the service system that provides care, support and protection for these children. One of these services is the Intensive Therapeutic Service, a Victoria-wide service funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, managed by Berry Street.

* $106K pro rata plus super and salary packaging
The Senior Business Operations Officer will supervise the Business Operations Officer and will support the smooth operation of the Take Two leadership team and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business, administrative, finance and communications support to the Take Two program as directed.
* Support processing of referrals to Take Two and creation of electronic client files.
* Producing data reports and related infographics.
* Support the growth of Take Two services and programs.

* Additionally, you have proven experience in managing people and delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
