We are looking for a highly motivated International Sales Account Manager to join the busy and growing International team within a well-known reputable household brand known for its sustainable and accessible luxury products. You will be responsible for managing relationships with global accounts to both support the business growth. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working based at the Head Office in North Worcestershire. Salary £40k-£45k depending on experience, plus benefits and a generous sales bonus scheme, subject to targets being achieved. The Role The International Sales Manager will play a key role in driving global sales growth by nurturing relationships with major international accounts, boosting revenue, and ensuring efficient operational workflows. Collaborating with senior account managers and cross-functional teams, this position is a mix of direct account management and strategic market support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business expansion. About You: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within a similar role (sales support / account management). Experience within FMCG would be beneficial, as would an understanding of International markets. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to plan how to manage customers to maximise the account. You will work well independently and on initiative and be able to adapt and think on your feet where necessary. You will be a confident relationship builder who thrives in a fast paced environment. Excellent organisation and time-management skills are necessary to be able to prioritise and efficiently work to deadlines.
