Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our vibrant team at our London Support Office. If you're seeking your next exciting challenge, this role could be your perfect fit!
Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities you'll take on:
1. Monthly processing of Payroll and Benefits
2. Line Management of Compensation and Benefits Advisor, and Payroll Controller
3. Maintenance and accuracy of all Payroll data
4. Processing annual bonus payments
5. Onboarding/ offboarding of hotels on to Payroll platform
6. Knowledge of TUPE
7. Ensuring all Payroll compliance matters are dealt with in a timely manner such as Gender Pay reporting, HR Indicators etc
8. Processing of company shares
9. Dealing and managing both internal and external auditors
10. Extensive experience of working with ADP Freedom, Success Factors and HMRC
11. Managing any adhoc requests from stakeholders
12. Working in collaboration with HR team to support on any adhoc queries
Qualifications
13. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience working at a Payroll Manager/Director level in an international, highly matrixed organisation
14. Experience in managing a team
15. Retail, hospitality experience desirable
16. Experience of working within a franchised and managed business model
17. Analytical/data driven
18. Proactivity & persuasion
19. Flexibility & adaptation capacity
20. Leadership, team support & development
21. Customer focus
22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
