Job Description
3. Offer administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
4. Manage calendars, organise meetings, and schedule appointments.
5. Prepare reports and presentations on a regular basis.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
8. Manage correspondence and handle incoming calls and emails.
9. Assist in planning and organising company events.
10. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field.
12. Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
13. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
15. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
16. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
