Job Description Recovery Team Leader
We are looking to grow our Theatre department and have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Team Leader to join and be part of our exciting journey of growth. Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England. Oaks Hospital is a 58-bed facility including 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre.
The role As a key member of the Theatre Team Leaders, you will have key responsibilities to include line management of specialist practitioners, whilst supporting the Theatre Manager to develop skills and experience within the team.

Supporting the Theatre Services Manager with key performance indicators •
Supporting the team to improve patient’s experience of care and treatment •
Ensure that departmental areas are compliant with the CQC essential standards of quality and safety

Professional Registration with the NMC or HCPC •
Leadership and management skills to enable effective controls for the monitoring and management of the nursing, ODP and HCA staff, to deliver effective action plans for continuous skills improvement
