We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Director of Operations, to join our Banqueting Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As an Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
To ensure that the quality and quantity of staff is in accordance with company guidelines and standards
To be able to motivate and support the Floor managers by providing effective management and leadership to achieve high performance of all areas of the department.
Assist and support with the stock take process (twice a year) based on the published results to implement and review any of the procedures where necessary.
Ensure that there is a pre event/ during & post service contact for the organiser.
To form business relationships with other internal departments of the hotel (ie F&B, Stewarding team, Kitchen etc) to assist in your day to day tasks.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
