We're excited to offer a fantastic Locum Advanced Practitioner opportunity within an Early Help Team in Tameside, Greater Manchester area.

Responsibilities:
7. Provide strong initial and final management oversight of Early Help referrals received through the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Team Around the Setting (TAS).
8. Supervise and guide a team of Early Help Advisers, ensuring efficient case allocation and robust decision-making for the best outcomes for children, young people, and families.
9. Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring adherence to performance indicators and deadlines.
10. Conduct audits, identify service trends, and collect data to enhance service development.
11. Play a key role in identifying training needs for the team and other professionals.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
12. BSc in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).
13. Social Work England Registration.
14. Proven experience in a similar role within Children's Services, particularly within Early Help.
15. Experience supervising both qualified and unqualified staff, with the ability to lead in the absence of a team manager.
16. A Driving Licence is preferable but not essential
