Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer – Building / Construction - (Birmingham / Solihull / plus some REMOTE WORKING)
Company:
A growing regional building contractor with a longstanding history and a strong pipeline of work on predominately public sector building projects (Health, Education, Blue light etc) previous experience in these sectors would be ideal but not essential.
Whilst previous main contractor experience would be advantageous, also open to consider candidates transferring experience over from sub contractor or consultancies etc.
Location:
Mix of office (North Solihull - Near the NEC / Birmingham airport) and also some remote work (Likely 2 -3 days per week, plus flexible start / finish times)

Seeking a Bid Coordinator / Proposals Coordinator / Bid Writer, opportunity to play a key role working closely with the regional manager to help the company win more bids, as the sole Bid Coordinator / Writer for the region it’s an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and make a big contribution to the success of the region.
Mix of Bid Coordination and Bid Writing duties, whilst you do not need a long term track record as a bid writer, you must be up for the challenge, have good literacy / communication skills and be able to sit with technical teams to take down information verbally and convert it into well written content for the bid that is also more easy reading for the client.
