Potensis is delighted to partner with an award winning Mixed Use Developer who, for the last 20 years has built an excellent reputation for place-making and delivering design led projects throughout the capital. Due to expansion they are looking to add an Assistant Estate Manager to their existing team. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring Managing Agents’ performance to ensure timely resolution of issues, in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirement Conducting monthly consultations with internal and external stakeholders, including RSL’s and other freeholders to collaborate on the specific needs of each development Designing and setting up resident portals prior to project completion and handover Support the review of Estate Management facilities on existing and upcoming developments Facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and high standards are consistently maintained Contributing to the tendering and appointment of Managing Agents for upcoming developments, including management agreements Reviewing annual service charge budgets for both pipeline and live schemes in collaboration with Managing Agent to ensure best value for the business. Consult with the construction teams on the progress of upcoming completing blocks Overseeing the planned preventative maintenance of the estate and ensuring that the development is always presentable. Ensuring that the commitment to delivering excellent customer service is maintained through effective communication with customers, new and existing. The role would suit an existing Assistant Estate Manager or Estate Coordinator who has a record of working on residential led, high value projects on behalf of a developer and is looking to move client side, or someone who is already working within a developer that would like to work for on a fantastic set of projects. Consideration would also be given to someone stepping into this role from a property management background that would like to take the next step in their career.
