We’re seeking a dynamic ecommerce specialist to drive traffic online for a fantastic brand that sell products direct to consumers both through their own website and third party marketplaces like Amazon.
What You'll Do:
* Enhance Consumer Engagement: Optimise the entire customer journey from first click to conversion across digital and physical touchpoints.
* Drive Growth: Achieve targets for acquisition, conversion, and retention while boosting website revenue through digital channels.
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work with external partners and teams to enhance the website and third-party platforms like Amazon.
* Leverage Data: Use analytics to maximize performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, AOV, and CTR.
* Streamline Systems: Ensure seamless connections between our website and other systems, identifying areas for improvement.
* Align Campaigns: Collaborate with PR and communications to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive.
* Boost Sign-ups: Expand our consumer database and create strategies to encourage sign-ups.
* Manage Email Marketing: Oversee the entire email marketing process to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
* Design Collaborations: Brief the design team for graphics and digital assets as needed.
* Report & Analyse: Regularly report on performance, identifying growth opportunities and staying ahead of e-commerce trends.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in e-commerce selling products online.
* Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify platforms.
* Success in implementing digital marketing strategies with external agencies.
* Understanding of SEO and PPC, with the ability to analyse performance using Google tools.
* Experience with email marketing and CMS platforms like HubSpot and Klaviyo.
