We are looking for a highly experienced, enthusiastic, compassionate, Registered Midwife with a wide range of experience across a variety of maternity settings.
This individual will have extensive leadership experience and have achieved additional qualifications or transferable skills in quality control, quality planning and quality improvement.
We are looking for a Midwife who has an in-depth understanding of the complex risk management and governance processes required to be able to offer the assurance of safety in Perinatal services. An ability to work across our multi-disciplinary team is essential.
The QRG Lead Midwife will have experience of working in a multidisciplinary team, together with exposure of implementing the principles of essentials of safe care with operational teams.
