We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for a leading wholesale and retail distributor of oils, hydraulic hose, couplings, filters and further accessories. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new and established clients in the field. You will analyse market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years field sales experience working to monthly targets within a similar or closely related environment.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting across Northern Ireland and Donegal
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close deals promptly
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Utilise CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services while expanding your professional network.
