Hours 16 - Shift pattern TBD
Holiday entitlement 25 plus bank holidays pro rata
Contract period Permanent
Probationary period 6 months
Notice period 2 months
Salary Starting at £25,000 pro rata with incentives/bonuses
As the Office Assistant at Super Friendz LTD you will be a core member of a fast paced, dynamic team, supporting the senior leadership of the company in the day to day running of the business across a number of administrative, developmental and human resource tasks.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the logging and reporting of team office hours
* Liaising with company accounts to raise invoices, make payments, expenses, payroll
* Arranging meetings and using google calendar
* Liaising with printers to order marketing collateral
* Liaising with team members to arrange marketing collateral distribution
* Organisation of workflow and storage tools
* Arranging team meetings and training sessions
* Keeping office IT and technical systems and requirements up to date
* Overseeing the booking and checking out of office technical equipment
* Overseeing the management of office subscriptions and services
* Collating copy and images for pitch decks and presentations
* Updating company website and linkedin pages
* Conducting office and company risk assessments and health & safety
Skills/Experience
* 1+ year of working in an office environment
* 1+ year in an administrative or HR related role
* Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft office applications (specifically Excel), Google Calendar and project management tools
* Experience of Xero preferred
* Basic knowledge of IT systems, Wifi, Printers etc
* Strong organisational skills working to deadlines
* Strong time management skills
* Able to work both independently and within a team
* Ideal experience of working within the hospitality, cultural and corporate sectors
* First Aid Trained and Mental Health First Aid Trained preferable but not essential
* Driving licence preferable but not essential
