Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in managing their own workload, be confident in providing expert technical advice on products, and be able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of achieving goals.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
1. Processing inbound sales calls.
2. Processing inbound sales emails.
3. Calling customers with sales offers and new product information.
4. Offering technical advice on all products.
5. Liaising with Brand and Sales teams to ensure customers are fully supported.
Requirements
You will enjoy dealing directly with customers and have proven experience in this area. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English are essential for this role) and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
