The Role:
As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with all aspects of HR administration. You will be responsible for providing first point of contact support, assisting with the onboarding process, managing employee records, and providing operational HR advice.

The Opportunity:
1. Temporary position from ASAP for 3 months with the potential to extend
2. Competitive hourly rate of £15
3. Gain hands-on experience in a busy HR environment
4. Contribute to the improvement of HR services and systems
5. Work alongside a supportive and professional HR team
Key Responsibilities:
6. Act as the first point of contact for operational HR queries and respond in a timely manner
7. Support HR Business Partners in dedicated business areas
8. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for job campaigns and interviews
9. Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, including contracts and right to work verification
10. Produce HR documentation, such as resignation acknowledgements and reference requests
11. Ensure accurate processing of payroll changes each month
12. Maintain employee records, ensuring proper documentation is stored
13. Carry out the leaver process, including archiving HR files
14. Provide operational HR advice on policies and procedures
15. Identify opportunities for HR service improvement and digitalization
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
17. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Ability to work well with numbers and figures
20. Previous administrative experience
21. Interest in HR and willingness to develop skills in this area
22. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
23. Understanding of confidentiality principles
