Our client, based in London, is undertaking a global rollout of their newly selected ERP system and is looking for a Project Systems Analyst to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support the successful completion of the implementation. Project Overview: The Project Systems Analyst will collaborate with the Finance Team in the design and implementation of the new ERP across 13 global business territories. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined finance processes, adhering to industry best practices. The incumbent will support the coordination of user requirements for the ERP system, working closely with the Finance Team to ensure clear communication with the Business Analyst and Project Manager. They will additionally assist with the testing, training, and successful deployment of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business needs and adherence to project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Clarify and translate the requirements for the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with finance department reporting needs. Assist in the implementation of new business processes aimed at achieving industry best practices. Contribute to the analysis and evaluation of proposed system enhancements. Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the new ERP system. Play a key role in organizing and executing project milestones. Provide post-implementation hypercare support during the go-live phase. Serve as a point of contact for users to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc support as necessary. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a multi-company, multi-currency organisation. Solid understanding of day-to-day finance functions Experience working with business processes in an integrated ERP system environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, train, and support stakeholders through requirements definition, project phases, and the go-live process. Person Specification: ACA/CIMA/ACCA fully or partially qualified accountant, or a strong background in accounting (QBE). Proficiency with ERP systems Experience with multi-currency ERP systems is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge across all accounting functions (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets), Purchase Order systems, Treasury, and reporting. ERP system implementation experience is an advantage, though not essential.
