About the Role
We have ambitious growth plans across the UK & Ireland over the next five years, and the HR team is crucial to achieving this. We are looking for an HR Advisor to support our Midlands manufacturing sites.
As we grow, the HR team will evolve, offering opportunities to develop into an HR Business Partner or a specialist role like ER. Starting as an HR Advisor, youll work with a supportive team and receive guidance from our Head of HR.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
2. Providing advice on ER matters and legislation.
3. Identifying and addressing root causes of issues.
4. Using data to highlight areas for improvement.
5. Coaching stakeholders to develop leadership capabilities.
6. Developing good relationships with trade union representatives.
7. Advising the business on various issues.
8. Collaborating with the Recruitment team on hiring and onboarding.
9. Identifying skill gaps and recommending improvements.
10. Supporting colleague engagement plans.
