Job Description
To keep our stores elevated you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including creating visual packs for in store execution, photo packs and videos.
Merchandising
1. Create clear and concise 3rd party and own brand merchandising guidelines
2. Create weekly commercial updates for stores
3. Ensure all documentation and the merchandising SharePoint for stores is kept up to date in an organised manner
4. Monitor product sales and deliver key changes to the stores where necessary with a clear direction
5. Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business
6. Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
7. Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities
Communication
8. Work alongside our internal departments to gather and deliver key information
9. Continue to build relationships with 3rd party brands
10. Communicate new ideas and ways to improve current processes
11. Communicate clear instructions to stores such as product launches and key moves
General
12. Capable of working well within a team as well as independently on occasion
13. Able to work to strict deadlines
14. Good eye for detail
15. Analytical mindset
This is an office role based in our Shirebrook head office with opportunity to assist with Sports Direct in-store trials and attend key store installs.
Qualifications
16. Great written and communication skills
17. Experience in Microsoft Excel - Required
18. Experience in Adobe Suite - Preferred but not essential
19. Experience in retail - Required

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
