We are currently recruiting for a well-established SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Carshalton, dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The Schools’ objectives are to help every student build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and achieve their academic potential.
The School are seeking a passionate, resilient, and creative Science Teacher to teach up to GCSE level. You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH, who may display some challenging behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an alternative education setting and is dedicated to inspiring students with SEMH and/or challenging behaviours.
This is a full-time, long term role with a view to going on a permanent contract. When on contract, the salary will be equal to the main Teachers’ pay scale plus SEN points.
