Remote, with occasional travel to Birmingham Your new role As a Jira Consultant / SME, you will be required to guide my client through to Jira best practice, using your knowledge and ability to create a strategy and roadmap. You will review the current Jira environment, review the customer journey / research user activity with a view to ensuring the business is using it to the best of it's ability. You will be producing a high-level roadmap for discussion and refinement to lead in scheduled workshops, lead the testing team for all major projects, report testing progress using relevant tools to all key business and IT stakeholders and prepare a testing project plans. Alongside this, you will be using designated test management tools to manage the testing process, defect management and to facilitate reporting on testing progress Role responsibilities Scope out requirements for use of Jira and appropriate Jira add-ons to facilitate delivery of robust test and defect management. Support the broader IT/Business Transformation so that we can obtain a portfolio view across all projects Produce a detailed strategy and roadmap for delivery of Jira / X-Ray Test and Defect Management - to be used for manual and automated testing Ensure the tool is embedded in the ways of working across business and IT.
