Job Description
A luxury automotive brand is looking to 'scale up' and is seeking an experienced Talent Manager.
As a Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's internal recruitment efforts.
Some responsibilities include:
1. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
2. Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
3. Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysis and KPIs.
4. Managing a Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team, undertaking data analysis and ensuring all roles are actioned effectively and within KPIs while addressing any internal service issues.
5. Coaching and Counsel: Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Job Description Creation: Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and postings that attract suitable candidates.
This role is hybrid working - 3 days in the Royal Leamington Spa office, and the rest working from home.
