What you’ll do
Coordinate and lead the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within the Ministry of Defence & Defence Industry. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales teams and ensure customer success and happiness.
1. Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS)
2. Meet with senior contact across FLC’s & TLB’s including Defence Ecosystem to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
3. Demonstrate deep understanding of Defence’s Mission and how Oracle can support them on delivering against that.
4. Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory
5. Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching
6. Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners
7. Experience working within the Defence industry would be beneficial
8. Experience of regularly engaging at a 3*+ and C level across the MOD and Defence Industry would be beneficial.
9. Holds DV clearance or an expectation to attain DV clearance.
10. A good understanding of OCI or other Clouds technologies
