Key success criteria for this role include:
1. Meeting & greeting customers promptly upon arrival
2. Provide friendly and first-class customer service
3. Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniform and assisting with any other requirements
4. Upsell and cross-sell Race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met
