The candidates will be expected to provide a high-quality social work service to individuals identified as vulnerable or in need of support. They will collaborate with citizens, caregivers, and families to offer assistance while fostering resilience and independence. It's essential that citizens, families, and caregivers are at the center of decision-making regarding their lives and the outcomes they wish to achieve.
Requirements:
1. Registered with Social Care Wales
2. Up-to-date DBS check
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social work within the UK
4. A degree in social work or a related field
