As a Junior 1st line support technician, you will spend the majority of the time troubleshooting and developing customers networks/applications. You will need to have proficient communication skills and high levels of customer service.
Desirable Requirements-
1. Knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Office 365.
2. Previous networking experience.
3. Effective communication when escalating duties to 2nd line.
4. Passion for all things Tech.
5. Desktop support experience.
6. Great team player and happy to work alone.
7. Willingness to learn and progress into higher senior positions.
8. Analytic and organisational skills.
